We want you to love your Studio Spry piece! Every charm is handmade with care, and while we do our best to ensure everything arrives in perfect condition, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong.

Returns and Faulty Items

Because all Studio Spry items are made to order, we generally don't accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package so we can make it right.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and include its original packaging.
• Please contact us first before sending anything back and we will provide return instructions.
• Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund (minus shipping costs).

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your item may already be in production and we can't guarantee changes or cancellations.
