Hi, I’m Daniela, the hands and heart behind Studio Spry, a small jewelry studio based in Amsterdam.

A bit about me

I am 1st generation Californian, with strong family roots in Guatemala. Now I am living in the Netherlands for six years with my lovely teenager, partner, and two feline fur-babies. When I am not creating new designs, I work as a Financial Risk expert in international banking. By day, I am analytical, technical, and corporate. By night I am artistic, crafty with my hands, and creative. As they say, it's all about balance!

My jewelry journey

My love for all things small and shiny started early, but Studio Spry grew from something deeper: a desire to share love for the world through meaningful creations.

Jewelry has always fascinated me, especially charms. They carry a story, a memory, a spark of identity. Tiny sculptures that express who we are. Each piece I create is designed to be a little reminder of beauty, intention, and connection.

But beyond their shine, I want my creations to do something good. Every collection at Studio Spry is tied to a cause. I donate 25% of each charm’s price to projects that help people, animals, or the environment. In this way, every piece becomes part of something larger: a small, shining act of care for the world we share.

What I create

At Studio Spry, I hand carve every design and finish it with care. My work combines craftsmanship with storytelling. My ambition is to make each piece elegant and modern, yet always rooted in nature and culture. I use materials that are beautiful and accessible, like sterling silver, ancient bronze, and yellow bronze. On special occasions, I also work in 14k gold for bespoke pieces.
